Not only were there 2 showings booked within 2 minutes of posting, but it sold conditionally in 1 day. Even with this conditional sale, buyers are still asking to view the property. 32 showings to date! So if you want to attract a lot of buyers, stunning MLS photos are the key. After all, no one is going to want to view a listing if the photos show dull rooms with poorly chosen art, poorly hung art, or worse yet, no art at all. And if the rooms are neutral – almost always advocated in selling a home – BOLD ART is all the more important because there is a fine line between neutral – and not interested. |
